It seems we don't always have time for traditional meals. We may grab a quick bite while working, or eat while we're "on-the-go." We may choose foods we know aren't healthy. Eating this way isn't good for you. Junk food is bad for your body. And when you eat while focused on other things, it's easy to eat too much.
